Gulfport, MS – Yellow Rabbit PR & Marketing, LLC. is proud to announce the addition of Shamya Green as a public relations and marketing specialist intern.
In addition to managing the day-to-day social media accounts of several clients, Green also will assist in writing, content creation and web content management.

Green, a Gulfport native, graduated in the spring of 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Alabama. She said earning her degree has helped her to develop the skills necessary for creating persuasive messages and the means to expose those messages to the intended audience.
Green brings with her experience in managing multiple, concurrent projects with strong problem solving and follow-through capabilities. She also possesses a deep understanding of media relations, intercultural affairs, digital expression, ethics and crisis communication, and campaign strategy.
She enjoys using her research and communication skills to help further the advancement of the PR industry.
“I love PR because there are endless opportunities in the industry,” Green said, adding she aspires to one day own a PR firm specializing in media relations.
