Welcome to Reimagica. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description: Reimagica provides stylized, AI-enhanced product images based on customer-submitted photos. These visuals are not photorealistic and are designed for marketing and promotional use.

2. User Responsibilities: You agree to submit only original content that you have the rights to use. Submissions that include copyrighted or trademarked material may be declined.

3. Image Use Rights: You may use the delivered images for your website, social media, and digital marketing. You may not resell, distribute, or use these images for unlawful or misrepresentative purposes.

4. Revisions: Growth Mode and Brand Builder plans include one revision per product image set. Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee.

5. Delivery Timeline: Image sets will be delivered within 7 business days of photo submission unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery is available for an added fee.

6. Limitation of Liability: Reimagica is not liable for business losses, lost revenue, or customer dissatisfaction related to image performance. We do not guarantee increased sales.

7. Account Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who submits offensive, illegal, or policy-violating material.

8. Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Here's how we handle your information:

1. Data Collection: We collect your name, email address, payment details, and product photo uploads solely to fulfill your orders.

2. Third-Party Services: We use payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to operate our site. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. Cookies: This site may use cookies to enhance user experience and track usage data.

4. Your Rights: You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us at support@reimagica.com.

5. Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. Use this site at your own discretion.

Refund / Revision Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once images are delivered.

Growth Mode and Brand Builder subscribers receive one complimentary revision per image set. Additional revisions or reshoots may be available for a fee.
